For this round of the Game On! Diet, my old habit to break is being sedentary at work. So I wear a watch that beeps at me every hour and I get up, run some stairs or walk around our company. Before I started, I wondered if people would think I was weird, walking around for no reason. BUT! If you walk fast enough and with purpose, people don't even question it! An added bonus of the walking around is that I have been making contact with MANY more coworkers each day than when I just sat at my desk and waited for them to stop for ME! I'm making it happen!
